Amity United Football Club (AUFC) conducted a nation-wide football talent hunt programme on today.
The day-long programme took place in 10 cities, including Cuttack. Other nine places included Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Goa, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata and Lucknow.
The Haryana based AUFC has announced to recruit players spotted from the talent scouting programme for different tournaments next season. New recruits will be provided with all required facilities including lodging, boarding and contract money.
Talents were also spotted for Delhi-based Indian National Football Club (INFC), the second football academy owned by Amity United. The Cuttack leg of the talent hunt event was conducted at Satyabrata Stadium, under the supervision of former international Rajendra Prasad Singh.
Talents shortlisted from the 10 centres will appear the final selection at Amity Education Valley in Gurgaon.
